Customer had service for 5 hrs, beginning at 9:30 am, and she said she could get same service cheaper elsewhere, and during that time she communicated her satisfaction during the five hours. She said [redacted] took money from her account. Customer has been in this salon several times so business is surprised. A refund is not fair, and she is not to come back to this salon.
