Here's the ongoing saga of our condos,because of the condos being gutted by charan bartleman condo association,they are uninhabitable,not and can't be lived in,so charan puts on a note on the door,how are we supposed to see a note they wanna enter the condo when we don't live there,stupid!

I agree with the other reviews above,they should not be in business,not looking after properties,or condos,they wrecked my mom's condos,with no reason or notice,so she ,a 86 year old lady,has to go to court because they won't resolve it out of court,they actually told my mom's lawyer via their lawyer they wanted her out,she did nothing to them,I rented one suite from my mom,not only did they wreck my home,they took 99% of my belongings,without notice,trying to settle out of court,no response,we want them out,not look after the condos,what company looking after a condo property,doesn't call you back or answer your questions,that's their job,they are a horrible,incompetent company,in my opinion,charan knows how I feel,they don't care,they left me homeless too,with nothing,and I'm blocked by them on facebook messenger for asking questions,if Annette or anyone from charan property management,close down,give up looking after apartment and condos to a company that does it job,not one that ignores it residents and owners and breaks communication when you ask questions they don't want to answer!

Horrible to deal with. The staff who answer the phone are often rude, if they can't answer a question, they will tell you they will call back but they don't, they promise something but don't follow through, the buildings need repairs that take years to complete, and on and on it goes.

Just the most unprofessional and disgusting service you can hope to ever get from a property company. The people in the office are rude, unprofessional and uncaring. The properties they try to rent out are gross and a lot of times both cockroach infested and sometime if you get lucky you'll get some mice and carbon monoxide leaks as well. How do they deal with a carbon monoxide leak you ask? By making the tenant live (temporarily of course) in their garage with all of your family and pets! *** the people at Charan, *** told me it wasn't their responsibility to deal with "this particular type of infestation) Unreal. If you're renting, do yourselfa favor and avoid this disgusting crap heap of a company at any cost.
