I did respond to Mrs [redacted] request on May 3rd Mrs [redacted] entered items into our systemOf those items only indicated NO to donateHow our take down process works is we remove all donated items from the room and volunteers from Lake Country Caring come and bag those items following our saleFrom the remaining items left in the room we sort from 2pm-6pm into individual consignors (sellers)Each seller has a #Mrs [redacted] number was When she came to pick up any of her items not for donate should have been with her numberWe have over participating consignors as you can imagine this is quite the process which we complete in less than hoursApparently when she came to pick up on Saturday, April 30th some of her items that should have been there were notWe work very hard with our volunteers to ensure all unsold items get back to each seller who indicates they want these items backThere is always room for human error in a system with so many itemsHer items could have been placed with another seller or a tag could have come loose and not returned to herThis is why we have all consignors sign a Consignor Waiver at drop off which states “I understand and agree Divine Consign is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my sale items.” Now Mrs [redacted] is claiming she did not get back her items which were not indicated to be donatedHowever, two of those items sold (please see the attached document listing the prices of her NO DONATE itemsThere were two items she did not indicate to donate and were not returned to her We are happy to make an exception and pay Mrs [redacted] for these two unreturned items as follows: Item # Maurices Brown Boots $Item # Wrapper Black Suit Coat $Mrs [redacted] earned 60% of her sold items which means we are happy to add $to her check which is going out tomorrow, Friday, May 6thI feel this is fairWe will be happy to help anyway we can to help Mrs [redacted] or the Revdex.com better understand our process Thanks, Jessi Wrench Co-Owner Divine Consign

100 items into our system. Of those 100 items only 4 indicated NO to donate. How our take down process works is we remove all donated items from the room and volunteers from Lake Country Caring come and bag those items following our sale. From the remaining items left in the room we sort from 2pm-6pm  into individual consignors (sellers). Each seller has a #. Mrs. [redacted] number was 1786. When she came to pick up any of her items not for donate should have been with her number. We have over 270 participating consignors as you can imagine this is quite the process which we complete in less than 4 hours. Apparently when she came to pick up on Saturday, April 30th some of her items that should have been there were not. Mrs. [redacted] earned 60% of her sold items which means we are happy to add $16.20 to her check which is going out tomorrow, Friday, May 6th. I feel this is fair. We will be happy to help anyway we can to help Mrs. [redacted] or the Revdex.com better understand our process.
