I have been trying to rewrite my property insurance policies with this agency for 2 years now. They can't grab their behind with both hands, if you paid them.
Customer Service? Excellent? What a joke! They have cost me thousands of dollars $$ with their incompetence. Cancelling the wrong policy, not following up on the putting new policies in place. You name it. I spent no less than a hundred hours in their office trying to get their screw-ups fixed.
And the attitude of one of the owners is too bad, so sad. Wonder how that pompous look on his face will be when he opens the lawsuit paperwork.

Word to the wise, I wouldn't let them insure a doghouse.
