We've had over 5,trips in the past years with no complaintsWe told *** *** when he booked a drop/pick the services can't be guaranteedWe were 45min late to the pick up, We do apologize, traffic can be crazy at times especially in NYC The bus was used on *** by *** ***, on the
way down to ConnecticutSomeone from his party got sick and threw up on the busWe did not charge him the initial $for the clean up fee because we was late The next day we went back to pick up *** *** and his group and the bus was a little dirty, the cleaner must've missed some throw up We are willing to give *** *** back $for his inconvenience
