Review: I really wanted to let your office know about the practices that are going on at the #150 Postal Annex in Aloha, Or. I have filed a complaint again the business itself, however the response to my claim was a flat out lie. Here is the original post to the Revdex.com. The employee was apologizing to my for her the "owners" behavior, yet the owner herself wants to defend her actions. I really hope that this is the the integrity of your company, and if it is, I will make sure to never step foot into one of your store again. Here is the original post. I walked into this PostalAnnex as it is the closest one to my house and I needed to fax over a voided check to my Tax prepper who works out of Salem. I was with my 4 year old daughter, and my friend's 11 year old son that I was babysitting for the day. The Sales Associate that greeting and helped me was a very nice, pleasant woman. She had to explain to me though that she would have to take a copy of the check, because the check itself would "Jam up the fax machine." I explained to her that I hope that would be acceptable to my Tax prepper. At this point another employee of the company walked over. She said that should be fine for her and she would make the copy for the extra .14 cent. I told her that was fine, go ahead and take the copy laughed and said "If it doesn't work though I will be asking for a refund." The other employee looked at me and yelled, "Oh no you will not." Just like that, grabbed my check out of the other employee's hand, and walked over to the fax machine. When she said this I looked at her and raised my eyebrows in complete shock. The Sales Associate looked at me and whispered "I'm sorry" I asked her "What is her name?" I believe she "whispered" back "[redacted]" and then told me "She is the owner." I was shocked when I heard that the owner treats her customer's that way and was even more shocked as to how she was still in business. Then the "owner" came back over with the copy and handed it to her employee looked at me and said "This will be just fine" (On a side note how would she know that? She has not been on the phone and emailing back and for to my tax prepper for 2 weeks.) I looked at her and said "You didn't have to be so rude" She replied "Well you we're rude first" (Like how she treated me was just normal business for her.) I told her I was joking by saying that, and she cut me off by saying in the most degrading voice I have ever heard "Oh, Honey.." I immediately cut her off and said in a stern voice "Do not call me honey." That is the most degrading, disrespectful, [redacted], rudest thing you can say to a women. I have never, ever been called "honey" by a "professional Business owner" in my LIFE. Just because I am a YOUNG WOMAN does not give anyone the right to [redacted] in such a low class degrading way. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. Especially in front of children!! I will never be going back to Postal Annex AGAIN ever and will make it a point for all of my friends and family and followers on twitter to know how I was treated. Not any of Postal Annex locations. I am surprised that she is still in "business" if that is what you want to call it.Desired Settlement: The owner of the #150 Postal Annex has absolutely no morals or ethics in running a business (I should know) however I really hope that your Corporate office does. All I want is a simple apology for the way that this women behaved. Not some excuse lying about me and my children and talking about her being a single mother and her financial situation.
