We completed the job for Mr [redacted] All looked well and was paid remainder of balance dueWe were called back several times because they were nit picking on things they did not likeAnd several times been back to satisfy them free of charge on things that they wantedWe got a call again about a board being warpedAgain we went out there and fixed free of chargeGot another call complaining they did not a section of fence because fence boards was looking warpedWe explained to them several times that we do not warrant boards for the simple fact that due to the sun beating on them, boards will do thisunless you paint them with a sealant they will warp but most of the time will get straight again.We offered to put couple of stakes in ground to straighten them outMs [redacted] agreed and said that it would be fine to do soSo another trip out there free of charge Being they wanted whole section changed now, we offered our labor for free but asked that they would pay for materialWe do not warrant boards because we can not control what they do especially being beating by the sunMr [redacted] wants over $to replace sectionThat is almost triple of what the cost would be to replace a sectionAgain, we offered our labor free of charge but will not pay for materialsNever in my over years experience doing this kind of work did we have an unsatisfied customer

And several times been back to satisfy them free of charge on things that they wanted. We got a call again about a board being warped. Again we went out there and fixed free of charge. Got another call complaining they did not a section of fence because fence boards was looking warped. We explained to them several times that we do not warrant boards for the simple fact that due to the sun beating on them, boards will do this. unless you paint them with a sealant they will warp but most of the time will get straight again.We offered to put couple of stakes in ground to straighten them out. Ms [redacted] agreed and said that it would be fine to do so. So another trip out there free of charge.  Being they wanted whole section changed now, we offered our labor for free but asked that they would pay for material. We do not warrant boards because we can not control what they do especially being beating by the sun. Mr. [redacted] wants over $500 to replace section. That is almost triple of what the cost would be to replace a section. Again, we offered our labor free of charge but will not pay for materials. Never in my over 10 years experience doing this kind of work did we have an unsatisfied customer.
