Living in subsidized housing isn't pleasant for many obvious reasons-(most neighbors have either mental health issues, alcoholic/ drug abuse issues AND are poor, elderly and /or have some physical handicapThe objective of this complaint is to bring some awareness to "corporate" mgmtabout the absolute NON-ENFORCED problems of 1) tenants smoking, and drunk/loud ones partying outside at all hours starting around p.mon the patio Aptmanager does not enforce any of these thingsIt has been a living hell here as my nightly complaints fall on deaf earsPoor lives do matter-just not to you-(as a company) as you have so clearly shownAlso some of the "night desk monitors" are and have been very lazy and unhelpful, act so unprofessional I wonder if they are just picked off the streetsI will use restraint in airing my experiences w/"the manager" as it would be unkind considering that person's situation My health is suffering because of the late nite/wee small hours of the morning loud neighbors outside waking me up with their partyingPut this together with the lungs full of second hand pot and cigarette smoke that I get daily, unhealthy, unhappy place to be forced to stay inOne should not be subjected to all this just to have subsidized housing
Company is monopolizing low income housing property management and this is leading to abuses of their positionTheir managers are not well trained and many of the funds of these low income properties are being wasted or miss appropriatedProperties are being left to wast while in upcoming neighborhoods funds are being focused to increase value for other properties within others investment portfolios
