Hello, my name is [redacted] ***, and I am the owner of Annie's Nails and Spa On March 16, I serviced someone's nailsAfter I finished, they paid $35, plus a five dollar tipApproximately five minutes later, they called and told me that their handbag had gotten a bit of cuticle oil on it They told me they wanted refundI want everyone to be satisfied, so I asked them how much their handbag was worthThey told me $250, and that they had gotten it the other dayI told her I can buy them another handbug, and that I would pay full price for it if they brought me a receiptThey agreed, and told me that they would return with the receiptTen minutes later, a person who identified as their mother called me and said that they didn't have a receipt, and that they only wanted a refund for the serviceAt that time, one of my customers witnessed it and told them that personal items of the customer are their own responsibility, not the salon'sThe witness also told them that if they brought a receipt back, the salon owner will pay the full price for the handbagI offered to pay for them to clean their handbag, or I could refund their manicure, because I feel like I did nothing wrongThey told me they would call again, but they never did I have a witness and a voice recording of this situation The letter I recieved from Revdex.com had the wrong story in itThey had lied, saying that the bag was worth $400, and that the service had costed $(It was really only $dollars with a five dollar tip.) If any customer is not satisfied with my service, they should tell the manager before they leave the store why they aren't happyThe manager will take care of it, but in this particular situation, the customer did notThey had purposely warped their recount of the story Everything above is the truth, and I have customers that have witnessed the situation to prove itI would like to put this behind me, but they had lied to Revdex.comIf they continue to bother me, my attorney will deal with them Annie's Nails and Spa Pecan StW Pflugerville, TX (512) 989- Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted]
