Review: This person Ruined my suit jacket! I came in with a small hole in the sleeve and the women said she could fix it...while repairing the suit, this lady damaged a small portion of the sleeve adjacent to the original hole, thus rendering the jacket unwearable. When I questioned the woman about the damage, she replied it wasn't my fault, there were two holes when you came in. Obviously, when estimating the repair work needed to be done, she would have noticed such a tear and I would have noticed it too... especially since it was right next to the original hole. I am neither blind nor stupid.Very quickly, She pretended not to understand English and shuffled me out of her shop with a ruined jacket.Do not use this tailor! She is Dishonest and unprofessional!!Desired Settlement: I would like this person to reimburse the costs of fixing the second hole at a different tailor. I do not expect her to pay for the original hole in the jacket...just the damage she caused. I received a quote of $25 from another tailor.
