I responded to the complaint in a professional and helpful mannerThe product is not defectiveIf the product had been defective, the entire batch would have been defective and we would have had hundreds of complaints from this batch alone, which we haven'tThere are several factors that can contribute to the problem the user had, and we go above and beyond to help resolve these issues with buyers should they have a problemEach customer who allows us to provide assistance troubleshooting issues with our products ends up with a positive outcomeIf there is a problem with this particualr product, it's typically due to not following our instructions (using a different tutorial), using additional products not compatible with the adhesive, or using products that are incompatible with our productThis is hardly the fault of the productIn this instance, we worked toward resolving the customer's problem but as soon as we asked her to try sample papers I sent for free, she stated she was too busy to work with us any furtherThe customer did end up using the product successfully with laser printed images, but refused our assistance regarding ink jet printsI have sent the customer free samples to test using her printer, along with a self addressed stamped envelope to send us a sample of printed material from her computerIt's my intention to help her use a product that has received thousands of positive reviews from satisfied usersTo allow me to assist her in troubleshooting the problem would have led to a quick resolutionThe product is not defective- Annie

Unfortunately it appears that this business is still unwilling to establish good customer rapport by offering a refundI purchased the product to create necklaces as a fundraiser for our international adoptionhence why I do not have the money or the time to keep trying this product with different papers or to go out and purchase the specific paper that this seal is only compatible withI tried the product with several different stock paper samples (at my cost, along with the cost of the glass panes that are ruined) before contacting the business with my resultsThe product is guaranteed to work with inkjet printers on standard stock papers, however, you can clearly see by the end results that I've attached that the seal causes the ink to run on standard stock paperI will not be providing any more correspondence to this company because it's apparent this business is more concerned with going back and forth then offering a resolution from the customer's viewpoint although I've provided more than enough documentation that the product failedThis is why customers are so frustrated with businesses todayThey only serve to create more frustration for the customer when they could easily resolve these matters by looking at the issue from the customer's eyes instead of their own

In each package that's shipped, we include a document with information on where to find our online tutorials. Our online tutorials include such information as the best papers to use, videos on how to use our products, and contact information so that if a question is not answered online, we can be reached. Our response is 100% and usually within 1 business day.The problem the consumer experienced was addressed in the tutorial, both written and video. If our tutorial has been read and followed, the problems the customer experienced would have been avoided. I cannot prevent people from misusing the products we sell. As stated on both our website and ship on Etsy, we are not responsible for problems that arise when our products are used outside of our instructions and tutorials.Additionally, the particular product purchased was not defective, otherwise we would have received hundreds of complaints from other customers who purchased from the same batch. We received no other complaints from this batch that were not resolved using our assistance and tutorials. We make every effort to listen to our customers and offer our services in a friendly and professional manner. Ultimately, we believe each customer wants to make the product they purchased supplies for, and we are here to help them each step of the way.
