Customer received a discount travel voucherThe travel voucher is highly restricted and has caused our company a lot of trouble for which we will be seeking damagesWe asked that it be changed repeatedlywere told it would be/was for consecutive weeksonly to find out from our customers/employees that this never happened Here’s the thingthe voucher was sent by another companyWe certainly don’t owe that company any moneyThe customer pays them and they handle the voucherThat’s it If the customer would like to seek an alternate resolution we are open to that via phoneWe won’t be dealing with the other company anymoreat least not for vouchers

We have spoken to Mr [redacted] and he is aware our tablets were on back orderHe was given the date of August 14, that his tablet and dining card would be shippedWe apologize for the inconvenience and delay

We have been in contact with the client and would like to resolve this matterShe was in attendance to our seminar and did ask to acquire services, meaning she signed a contract for serviceI am unsure of the reason for the complaint, but we will be resolving this with the client as soon as possible

Mrs and Mr [redacted] were told their gifting would come within daysOne week is never a time line they are given as that does not allow us enough time to get back to our home office and get their gifting sent outWe received an email from Mrs [redacted] on Friday which was promptly responded to and we are currently getting them taken care ofWe do expect this complaint to be closed upon their receipt of promised gifting

The travel voucher is no longer availableIn interviewing several people we have yet to find a customer that is happy with the travel voucherThe travel voucher was promised to be changed many timesThis never happened Customer will be called tomorrow in attempt to remedy this complaint with alternate gifting

We have now contacted the client again regarding giftingThere was no answer today, but there was a voicemail and email left today confirming a a second round of gifting was being sent out due to the client not having received the $gift cardThe client should also have received the digital vouchers already as wellThe client will now be receiving double the gifting they were originally offered and we do hope this will resolve the issueWe appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy your giftingAttached is also Mrs [redacted] tracking number for second round of gifting [redacted]

[redacted] that would have eliminated her perpetual timeshare maintenance fee obligationAfter careful consideration, Ms [redacted] decided to proceed with a deed transfer option that afforded her the ability to have her name removed from her timeshare deedThis was acceptable to Ms [redacted] The client applied for a financing option to allow her to cover her deed transfer costs, legal fees, etcMs [redacted] then signed a contract including transfer documents outlining the terms and conditions of the services we were to provide her withUDI Consulting uses state of the art quality assurance processes to ensure that all terms and conditions related to the products and services that we broker on behalf of, are fully comprehended by the clients at the time of enrollmentAfter the Quality Assurance Officer thoroughly reviews all documentation, we have the client sign a credit card authorization, (if that is their selected method of payment) and we proceed to collect the funds to begin working on fulfillmentFrom the date of purchase Ms [redacted] had days to rescind her decision via fax, email, or certified mailMs [redacted] did not act on her right of rescissionNot only did Ms [redacted] decide to proceed at the seminar, and fail to act on her three day right of rescission, she made a payment to UDI after her right of rescission had endedNothing until this complaint has Mrs*** has been contacted previously by our office with no success of ever reaching herThe previous contact(email) was regarding some documents needed for her home loan, nowhere was there ever a mention of her payment coming from the wrong sourceWe would like to address this issue
immediately and make it right with Mrs***She has been contacted by phone and email this morning with no successShe will be followed up with persistently until we resolve this issue

The client attended our seminar back in September and was very pleased with the contractual agreement she had signed up forThe client was no longer wanting the financial burden of the ever increasing vacation investment she had made which led her to taking action in dissolving her agreementThe
night the client signed contract, she was shown what all fees and charges were covering and agreed to said priceAt this point, the client was happy and moving forward with her contractIt wasn't until there was a delay in gifting that she became at all unhappyWe did receive communication from a friend of the client inquiring about the gifting but we were unsuccessful when trying to return his callWe did leave a voicemail and email apologizing about the delay, assuring them it was simply an oversightOnce the client received her gifting she was extremely unhappyShe was under the impression her gifting, which was airfare and hotel accommodations, was completely freeI did explain the gifting was fulfilled by a third party company and we have no control over fees, taxes, restrictions or anything else of that nature as well as pointing out on her invitation, when the original offer was made, the location of the statement stating * Taxes, fees, and restrictions do applyNonetheless she was unhappy, so our office made an attempt to send her various other gifting offersShe stated she wanted no new gifting, nor did she want her current gifting outside of the $*** *** card she is keepingWe find this extremely unfortunate that a miscommunication regarding a gift has any relevance over the decision she made to free herself of such a financially debilitating situationAt this point, the owner of the company is trying to reach an amicable solution for this issue that we have full faith we be settled very soon
