I am rejecting this response because: First of all, I did present the reservation when I first checked in and was told nothing about being at the wrong parking lot. Second of all, I paid the complainant $more than I would have at the other place. From the attachment I have enclosed, you can see that just the replacement for my car key fob was more than that

As you can see on the bottom of *** *** complaint, she made a reservation for a totally different parking lotWhen she checked, she did not mention to anybody that she had an existing reservation for any other locationShe presented this other reservation when she checked outThe other
location does not have indoor parking, which she specifically asked for when she checked inShe should have paid our rate because we cannot honor other lots' reservations and types of parkingThe difference between what she expected to pay at the other lot and what she paid us is enough to compensate her for her key damage
