Damaged my guest bedroom shower with a crack in it, used too strong of a cleaner and it ate the finish off of my stopper/drain in the tub.
I paid $80 on *** and I always tip 20%, but that's me being nice. If they didn't run out of the door before I got to check, this would've been an issue then.

Damaged my brand new (never used) guest bedroom shower with a crack in it, used too strong of a cleaner and it ate the finish off of my stopper/drain in the tub. Some weird substance that is around it that looks like dye or ink or something or perhaps, it's the finish taken off of my stopper. (second and last visit)

I sent her pics and telling her what happened. She's highly unprofessional if it involves taking responsibility. Granted, the first time, my bedroom carpet had black marks in it after they finished and she argued with me about that . After much back and forth, phone calls , and inconvenience; I told her I'd fix it myself.Should've been a sign to go elsewhere.

Second incident, she calls and tells me they didn't do it. Yet, the shower never has been used. It wasn't like that when they cleaned it either in January. She wouldn't come to any resolution and basically told me I'm a liar. Then said the black stuff was mold. LOL She ends up hanging up on me, wouldn't pick up, and kept sending my calls to voicemail along with ignoring the texts. She's a crook! If she was bonded, licensed, and insured... What's the issue? The girl who cleaned it was new anyways, yet, still refuses to believe or take any responsibility.

There is two forms of documentation of the condition of the shower by the apartment complex. Now, I've got to fix a crack and replace drain/stopper. How can you argue what someone did or didn't do, if you weren't there?

The staff is sweet for the most part, things could be cleaned better, and taken better care of. The owner is incompetent, rude, and unprofessional.

Desired Outcome

She asked me how did I pay, but never let me reply. She only takes cash and checks. Which I find to be odd in itself! Not sure what the purpose of that was, but I deserve to be compensated for the issues caused. I know you're (Annie) going to reply and try to basically call me a liar, but who did that to my shower if one of your employees didn't? No one! Another thing, learn some customer service skills and being more professional is something you can benefit from. You didn't lose one client, you lost 2 because I told a fellow client of yours that I know well, how I was treated and what happened. Also, are you bonded, insured, etc?

This complaint is completely not true, her drain had black stuff coming from inside it and the shower was already cracked. I'll upload pictures where you can see this crack already had caulk in it and has been clearly repaired before. This lady even tried to accuse us of spray painting her drain. We do not carry any cleaning supplies that would put black stuff in the drain. We only use Clorox cleanup, dish detergent, spoc n span and magic erasers. This drain issue and crack was present when we arrived to clean.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The bathroom has never been used #1. You all just cleaned it a month before and it wasn't there before then either. You think I didn't check? I did, before and after because people are untrustworthy like yourself. Not only that I had another person give me a quote for cleaning my residence and office building a few days prior to the arrival of your business and she could also vouch for me that it wasn't there. I said it looked like paint, I didn't say it was. If your new employee really supposedly cleaned fully then it wouldn't have been there when she finished, but whatever was used it took the finish off stopper/drain. I will reiterate it's already a clean unused shower. I called maintenance the same day after I spoke to you and your staff had came out and got it right up. They said too strong of a cleaner was used and they'd have to replace it as well as patch the shower crack. They can also vouch for the fact the drain/stopper was in perfect condition and no cracks to the shower at move in. I already uploaded the pics to Revdex.com. Rest assured, most people are securely bonded and insured, in this case it's obvious that you have no problem hiring whoever, not being a professional, and if something happens being able to take responsibility. I wasn't even confrontational, but you were and then hung up then blocked me. Definitely unprofessional and quite guilty. It's fine, I have someone new and I have them cleaning my office building and my home. Small claims court is always an option because I lost out on more money fixing the issues than what you got paid.

An unprofessional business run by an unprofessional owner. We set up a deep house clean that was supposed to start at 8am, the cleaners didn't show up and start till 10:15. And that was just one of them, the second came roughly an hour later. From the start time of 10:15 to about 1pm, the only thing they managed to do was roughly wipe down the sides of the shutters, and spray the base molding of the walls. They then started on the kitchen where admittedly they cleaned the fridge but when they tried to clean the oven, the cleaner damaged the bottom of it by literally gouging out the metal bottom (by this I don't mean simple scratches I mean gouges where you can see the metal shavings and could feel the jagged edges) on a almost new oven. When we called the owner, to inform her of what happened, and how to proceed forward with addressing this issue, she rudely said she wouldn't do anything, and that if we wanted our house clean or not. When we replied with "not until the oven issue is resolved" she said, and I quote "ugh fine then *** and hung up. We then asked the cleaners to leave. If I could give a 0 stars I would, and would warn anybody else to think twice about hiring this company for anything in the future.
