Annie's Fashion Nails Reviews (2)

On October 4th, 2014, I went into Annie's fashion nails to get my eyebrows waxed. ([redacted] [redacted])
When the Woman started to apply the wax to my eyebrows the wax began to spread down towards my eye lids, she then applied the cloth completely covering the wax and my upper lid. When she ripped the cloth my eye lids went numb. She proceeded to do the other brow, I still couldn't feel anything in my eyes.. She began to pluck around the area and that's when I started to realize something was wrong.. After expressing immense discomfort I said "ok ok" (I raised up and walked towards the exit..) seeing that my boyfriend already paid the tab we were ready to go... once I walked outside and the sunlight hit my eyes that's when the fire-like burning began.. I kept repeating to him "babe I think she waxed my eyes.." that's when my boyfriend looks at my eyes up close and said " yeah you're bleeding we need to go to the urgent care!" we started driving towards the urgent care and contacted the police , to which they advised me, that I need to file a claims report immediately. Mid driving we decided to drive back and get our money back.. When we approached Annies the woman declined. Any of this was her fault and that my skin is severely sensitive the woman next to her also said sorry we will wait for the police to arrive. (the police werent going to come) hysterical, and in a lot more pain, we headed toward the hospital.. That is where the doctor told me that I had severe burns on my eyelids and the skin has been removed. He prescribed me two high end creams to reduce the inflamation and the pain... Later on in the day my mother went up to the location and convinced the woman to credit my boyfriend the $10.. The woman still insisted to my mother that my skin was sensitive. And this wasn't her fault... even with the fact that my mom told the woman that the doctor said that this was severe..and showing the woman pictures of my skin...
