As you can see on the bottom of [redacted] complaint, she made a reservation for a totally different parking lot. When she checked, she did not mention to anybody that she had an existing reservation for any other location. She presented this other reservation when she checked out. The other...

location does not have indoor parking, which she specifically asked for when she checked in. She should have paid our rate because we cannot honor other lots' reservations and types of parking. The difference between what she expected to pay at the other lot and what she paid us is enough to compensate her for her key damage.
