The tech came out and changed a contact on my air conditioner and charged
me $ A few hours later I had to call back because still wasn't workingThe tech came back and now he states I need fan motor and that will cost me
another $ I talked to one of the owners and he said he would discount
me I offered to pay that day but the tech said no you can wait Grant it I had
already paid the $for the first job a few hours earlier I received a bill
a few days ago for the balance This job took place on February 15, and
I had never receive any bills from them The bill had giant letters in red that
read PAST DUE I was never ever billed properly I hope they don't try to mess
up my credit as being a late payer Let me mention I had to change out my
whole outside unit But I didn't call them I will definitely not use them in the
future They installed that unit of mine brand new and I think I got maybe
years out of the unit
