Good morning, On 11/25/my assistant *** issued a full refund to the guest. She then called the guest and left a message stating she had refunded the charges in full for the reservation, apologized for the miscommunication and left her name and number to be contacted back for any
reasonPrevious to this phone call and refund, I had received a charge back request from the guest's credit card company on date 10/31/2015. I had disputed the charge back given the fact the confirmation letter was sent out on the day the reservation was made, to the guest, and, she had agreed to the terms and conditions of the cancellation time frame. We are more than happy to let her keep her refund in full on our end, given lack of communication on either end with the phones. However, if the credit card company of the guest refunds her credit card as well, we will have to charge her card on our properties end to reconcile our books. I apologize for the lack of communication, and wish to resolve this matter as soon as possible
