This company has quite the system set up to dupe clients
I have a record of all phone and email contact with this company and partial refund

These refunds were for the second order, in question
I returned the first order unopened to the address that was on the package, so how can this company state this was not from them?
I requested the first order be reimbursed as wellthey claim they could not do so
As for sending Revdex.com a picture or their credit card process showing charges for original $10.00, shows they did have my MC # and used it for products not ordered
I am still requesting a full re-reimbursement for order one same order # as I have no product , nor want any, and wish to be credited on this order

That $order is the only transaction we have for *** ***Can you please have her double check the company these charges came from? We keep detailed records of all credit card transactions, and we have no record of charges to the credit card in question further than the $order discussed above
I do not know what company the phone numbers XXX-XXX-XXXX or *** may belong to but it is not us here at Annmarie Gianni Skin CareI truly hope that Mrs*** can research this further and is able to get it resolved with the company responsible
