I know [redacted]s upset with me for good reason. I am very sorry that she felt she could not wait. There is nowhere in our contract that specifies when the video will be delivered. I could tell you my side, she already heard my excuses and I really don't want air my personal...
problems. I am having issues with my computer as I was working on her video. I am resolving the problems and will get her video to her with in the next 14 days.
