Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I originally spoke with Anna to schedule yard work, she gave me another phone number for her foreman AlexThis number matches the one from which Alex called and left threatening messagesOn the AnnScapes Facebook page, it shows that the phone number was updated on 7/28/17, it would appear to remove Alex as a contactI do know that someone named Alex called me with information that only the business would know, pressuring me to pay an invoice that was still in its grace periodThat same person suggested he would stop by my house, and this made me very uncomfortableI would recommend anyone dealing with this business get all agreements of promised work and billing practices in writingI would not recommend this business, especially to women or vulnerable individuals living alone Sincerely, [redacted]
