I am rejecting this response because: When I originally spoke with Anna to schedule yard work, she gave me another phone number for her foreman Alex. This number matches the one from which Alex called and left threatening messages. On the AnnScapes Facebook page, it shows that the phone number was updated on 7/28/17, it would appear to remove Alex as a contact. I do know that someone named Alex called me with information that only the business would know, pressuring me to pay an invoice that was still in its grace period. That same person suggested he would stop by my house, and this made me very uncomfortable. I would recommend anyone dealing with this business get all agreements of promised work and billing practices in writing. I would not recommend this business, especially to women or vulnerable individuals living alone.

I am responding in reference with a complaint given on 6/29/2017. I provide yard maintenance care, we are not a landscaping company. I had provided yard clean up for [redacted] on 5-26-17. I sent an invoice in the mail for the weeding- clean up job. I had not received any payments from...

then on. I had called [redacted] to confirm if she had received the invoice. It took over a couple week period to get in touch with her. After almost a month of not communicating, she had finally called me informing me of this "Alex person," harassing her. There is no person named Alex that is affiliated with AnnScapes Yard Work LLC.      It had said Net-30 on the invoice. Like I said, after a week of sending it out, I had not received any payment. I had called, with no response. I had called the next week, no response of any payment or a confirmation of invoice received. [redacted] and I agreed that when I mailed an invoice, I would receive a payment by via mail. I wasn't receiving any sort of confirmation or communication from [redacted]. This is my response to this complaint.
