Worst experience with this company. I strongly urge folks looking at reviews for Annual Rentals Inc based in Naples FL to overlook using this company. Bianca C. is the head of the company and unapologetic about their methods (described below). She is disorganized, unhelpful, and very insulting even after I asked for her assistance in remedying what appeared to be clear violations in Fair Housing Laws by one of her agents. After reading other stories, this place appears to be SCAMMING people by taking application fees and telling people they are rejected without giving a solid reason. My father (who is 93 yrs old and a WW2 veteran; shame on these folks) and myself applied for a rental unit only to be turned down without just cause. But they gladly took our money, each application cost $135! When I inquired about why we weren't approved, Bianca was stumbling over herself. I have reported this group to HUD and the Real Estate Board.
