Hi, Sorry that you have some inconsistency in the patio, if we could have gave the wall some time to cure out we probably would not have had to use any cleaner on the wall, I understand you want us to come out and try to remedy the patio, any thing that we use on the patio will need temperatures of at least 50-degrees, I will send someone out when we have enough consistent weather to do something, Thanks for your patienceChris

Unfortunately, I do not agree with Mr Chris’s statement, we followed his recommendation and waited enough time to let the wall to cure, this information is documented on an e-mail he sent me on Jun 11th 2016, he supposed to send his brother to do the cleaning but instead he sent some other subcontractors who applied acid to the wall without following the correct process to avoid damaging the new concrete patio extension After several days, Chis came to our house and he saw the damage caused in our patio, he told me he was going to send his brother to fix the issue related to the patio and to fix a loose soffitUnfortunately, this was the last time I saw him and after this day I just received excused until he stopped replying my e-mails/phone calls What we are expecting him is to send somebody to fix the loose soffit (we do not need to have a perfect weather to complete this fix) and what I need to hear from him is how is going to resolve the patio issueWe are willing to wait until the temperature is at least 50-degrees but we are tired to hear the same history from him, always telling us that he will send somebody and that never happens
