The person I have spoken with at this business is named [redacted]. I paid them $1000.00 back in June to make appointments for me from Annuity Leads. I paid for 35 appointments. They made 2 appointments and the ones that they supposedly made, the people were not home or did not want to talk to me. I have asked them to send my money back and they consistently either, stall, refuse or change the terms of the agreement. They had told me they were going to send my money back on 10/17/14 and I still haven't received anything. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] this morning and he said the reason they had not sent my money back was because I had not provided them with my [redacted] number. He had never asked for that and I will not provide it. I told him to send the check to me by regular mail and then he said he had to go and would call me when he got to his office. That has been over 6 hours ago. In conclusion, I sent them $1000.00 back in June to make 35 appointments for me. They made two that were not good appointments. I asked them to send my money back. They have said they would do that on two previous occasions and I have yet to receive my money. They consistently put me off, tell me lies or change the terms of the agreement. I have tried being civil with these people to no avail, thus I am resorting to sending this email.Desired SettlementRefund

Contracted for annuity leads in Nov.2014 for $1600.00. As of today March 6, 2015 they have yet to provide me with any leads. [redacted] Sales person and [redacted] sold a contract to provide annuity leads for $1600.00. This contract started in Nov. of 2014. Annuity Marketing Center was suppose to set up leads in the 15 mile area surround zip code [redacted]. I have called everyday to find out why I wasn't getting any appointment for annuity sales. They would tell me that they were working on, or getting a new list. This went on for months, only to be told that they had no idea why they could get set any appointments in the Chicago area. After months of waiting I have asked for my money to be returned, only to be stoned wall by no return calls, hang ups and excuses.Desired SettlementI'm asking for my payment of $1600.00 back. If I have to go to court then I will be asking for attorney's fees along with court costs.
