Anointed Clinical Day Spa

Over a month ago (Dec 14th), I attempted to book an appointment with this Melinda W of Anointed Clinical Day Spa (formerly ***) but instead of getting an appointment, my card was charged the full price of the service and no appointment was given. Prior to being charged I was corresponding with Melinda on *** and as soon as I was charged she stopped responding. I’ve called, left messages (her phone is now disconnected), texted, emailed, commented on her posts (she keeps deleting my comments), and I DMd her with no response other than a blow off response (which came three weeks later) and her continuing to ignore my request for a refund. I resorted to commenting on her posts asking for a refund but she just deletes them with no response. Seriously, imagine someone has your money and your only means of communicating with them is *** but they aren’t responding to you yet constantly posting. It’s such a slap in the face and shows the level of disregard she has for her clientele. She never gave me an appointment, which means I never was services, so why not just give me my money back after I requested it. I would never trust her at this point due to her lack of professionalism.
