the status like she claims in her letter. She was never told it was "between banks" as she falsely claims as that is nonsensical in today's electronic world. She simply wrote a bad check and blames SUNSET HARBOR FOR THAT. I tried to explain that the check did not clear and now she needed to pay a late fee and an NSF fee on top of it all. Ms [redacted] became irate yelling and swearing at me telling me that the reason the check bounced was my fault and she thinks it really did clear and I am a liar. She said she would call her bank and prove the check cleared. An hour later her son called for the address to send payment. I called the [redacted] residence today to inform them that the payment was received and the RCI block would be lifted. Mr [redacted] said what check? I told him his wife bounced a check however she took care of it. He started laughing uncontrollably and said "she never wrote you a check". I tried to explain the matter was resolved although he did not seem to have touch with reality. It is a shame that people that bounce checks have the audacity to complain about the company they wrote a bad check to.

husband), was her son Steven who is also no longer employed here. I don't know if she was forced or not as I didn't handle this. I will say that I do not force anyone to do anything they are not comfortable with. The vacation network was an option that would have been given in place of RCI for trading or renting out the timeshare. She signed a Special warranty deed and mutual release in September stating that she was deeding the property back to us. The Vacation network did some site changes a while back that if she hasn't used the site wouldn't have known. She can call 858)622-2904 option #2 and get help with booking her vacation. As far as the points those were given threw RCI everyone was sent letter about the points and were give a time frame that the point needed to be used or lost. I am not in any position to give any money/ refunds. I am very sorry if she was treated badly and rest assured Audrey and Steven no longer work here.
