Dispite the distractions in her life Ms. [redacted] did not drop out of the course she registered for. The college sent three invoices out student did not appeal those invoices. It wasn't until she got a notice from the Mn Dept. Of Revenue. Again, student knew how to sign up for courses, she registered on her own behalf but failed to drop or withdraw from the course.

I'm not satisfied because nobody is holding Anoka Ramsey accountable for the error that occurred under their roof. Anoka Ramsey has failed under data privacy and the overall issue supports that claim. They never had my consent to share any of my information, but they continue to have my information accessible to the identity thief by having an active account in my name, with no signature of mine authorizing anything. I'm not a student at Anoka Ramsey. I never have been a student at Anoka Ramsey.

While I am still unable to share any specifics fur to FERPA or MGDPA, the college does have processes in place to assist in this type of situation. The process and its requirements have been communicated and will be followed as information is submitted to seek a resolution.
