I truly feel like this buisness needs to be shut down. I been a consistant customer of this ghana resturant then all of a sudden a few times I called in to order my food a lady picked up and dropped the phone as I was in the middle of a order then I called again and she said we dont need your buisness so I waited a week and ordered again and wahen I went in to get my food they told me they didnt have my order so these people are not organized at all and I feel that they need to be reviewed and shut down immediately. Also my wife vommited for 3 days straight after eating the rice and im nigerian so I know how the food supposed to taste and they didnt even put any work into the food and rushed it. I am truly a unsatisfied with this place and now I have to travel a hour to eat good food.Desired SettlementI would like this place to be inspected. I could boldly say this was an isolated case . we have tons of ethnic customers flock this business every now and then . we have never run into complains of that sort . but then again things happen and there is always a first time . so we say sorry to this customer of ours and we promise to work on the flaws . I made a couple of phone calls to the customer when I found out what he said had happened but he kept hanging up on me which I feel was not the right way to go about it . he could on that day in question also have asked for a manager there and then to deal with the situation . rather than leaving and filing a claim for this restaurant to be shut down. he could go online and read all the reviews on ANOKYE KROM RESTAURANT . and you could judge for your self . thanks
