I have been going to this mechanic for a few years now and I am very happy with all of my experiences My first experience was with my wife A few years ago I was in the hospital with a broken foot and my wife was getting ready to go on a business trip in another state I always like to get her car checked before going anywhere This time however I was not able to take her car to a mechanic because I was still in the hospital I had heard good things about this mechanic but had never been there So when my wife asked me where to take her car I sent her to Gary's Auto Repair Now before I continue let me remind you neither of us had ever been there before My wife pulled in by herself and asked if they could check her car over because she was getting ready to go on a long trip They were very thorough and treated her with kindness and respect I was very impressed with the way they had treated her (especially since they didn't know her and she was by herself) Since that time I have taken all of my cars to this shop for various repairs I have been completely satisfied every time There was one instance when my car broke down but I needed it very badly that the mechanic worked hours past quitting time to get me back on the road When I offered to give him an extra tip above the bill for taking extra time to accommodate me he told me not to worry about it and he appreciated my business I am very particular about my cars and their performance so if ever I notice a noise or anything different I always run it to the shop to get it checked out The mechanic is very honest There have been many times where I could have got overcharged anywhere else but because of the honesty of this mechanic I know my money is safe He does great work and I trust him fully I have sent many customers to them and they have become repeat customers as well One experience for example was I sent one of my friends whose husband was working out of town to the shop There was a noise that we were hearing when changing gears from park to drive or reverse Any mechanic that was not honest could have easily said it was the transmission or something big and charged a great amount This mechanic found out that the noise was coming from a loose bolt in the drive shaft After tightening the bolt my friend had no more issues I really appreciate the honesty and integrity that this shop demonstrates not only for me, but my friends that I send their way, and any other person that comes their way regardless of whether they know them or not So in this world where corruption and dishonesty seem to run rampant these days it is very refreshing to know of a place where honesty and integrity are still present
I have taken my car to Gary's automotive several times over the years and they always providing great service and never overcharge I like that I never have to worry about them trying to sell me on a part I do not need Most recently I went to the shop with brakes that went straight to the floor, not only did they repair my brakes but they only charged me an hours laborI would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a excellent mechanic
