Another Chance Septic Company

I am rejecting this response because:
I have tried reaching this busines Times before my complaint if anyone wants to call this guy and use his service, please call me so you can see how he will ruin your yard and will try and Bill you for a septic water check unannounced and uninvited bill that I have never received, I am more than willing to show the kind of work that is performed

I did install a septic for this Mr [redacted] on 9/22/14.  I also did water testing on 12/18/2014.  The leaks of the system I have not been informed of till now .  I have a phone service that answers the phone this year and Mr [redacted] has not called year to date.   Most...

of our clients also have my cell number which changed in 2015 due to a change in providers (from T-mobile to ATT).  The shop number has never changed.We give a 1 year installation warranty on parts and labor.  If Mr [redacted] contacted us he never left a message.   If Mr [redacted] had contacted us at we would of addressed the issues within 1 year of the installation we would have fixed the issue(s). If Mr [redacted] would like I can come out and look at the issue(s) he is having and possible address them.  I would also like to note Mr [redacted] has AN outstanding invoice of 125.00 plus 24% interest that is 3 years overdue.This invoice is from 12/18/14 and I discussed this with him in 6/15 on the phone and the issue never came up.Please keep me abreast of the situation. Sincerely,  Paul M[redacted]
