Another's Treasure Auction House, [redacted], failed to complete his contract with me by neglecting to send final payment for my items he sold.On September 17, 2014, Mr. [redacted], of Another's Treasure Auction House, picked up many of my household goods including some antiques, from my home in North Carolina just about a month before I permanently moved to Arizona; and I entered into an agreement that he would attempt to auction and/or sell these items within a three month period. After that period of time, he would then send me the proceeds of the auction/sales minus his fee and any items which did not sell. Upon my arrival in Arizona, I immediately sent my new address and confirmed my cell phone contact information. He never acknowledged receipt of this; and when I called, he acknowledged that he indeed had received it and that some of the items had sold. He said that he intended to wait a little longer to get a better price for my silverware. In the months between September 17, 2014 and today (April 19, 2016), Mr. [redacted] has *never* initiated contact with me. I tried various phone numbers, emails, and even [redacted] Personal Messaging. Ultimately, I received half of my money from Mr. [redacted] around October 15, 2015. He promised that he would remit the remaining 50% of my money after he received the signed "Close of Sale Agreement" which I sent out on October 25, 2015. My last communication to Mr. [redacted] was on January 4, 2016 via [redacted] personal message at Another's Treasure Auction House which read as follows:"Dear [redacted],It has been close to a month, and I have not heard from you regarding the $550.87 you still owe me. As you can see from the email below, I sent to you the signed "Close of Sale Agreement" on October 25, 2015. Since I hadn't heard anything from you by December 9, 2015 I sent a reminder on that day of what you still owe me. If I don't receive the money you owe me within the next two weeks, I will be contacting the Revdex.com in North Carolina. Thank you,[redacted]"I heard nothing from Mr. [redacted] until April 12th, over *three months* after my communication with him, via Another's Auction House [redacted] personal message. He incredibly had this to say:"Hi [redacted], it has been a few months since I sent the second check and I noticed it hasnt been cashed yet, just checking that you recieved it. Thanks [redacted]"Please note, that I received this PM from Mr. [redacted] not in response to my PM to him, but just days after [redacted] contacted him with my complaint and he refused to reply to [redacted]'s List. My last two emails to him were on December 9, 2015 and January 4, 2016 which he *never* acknowledged. BTW, on the rare occasions when I have directly communicated with Mr. [redacted] via email or on the phone, he has always used obvious delaying tactics and made sophomoric excuses and promises which he has never kept.Desired SettlementI want to receive the $550.87 which is still owed me by [redacted]. This money is the amount Mr. [redacted] and I agreed is still owed to me via our mutually signed "Close of Sale Agreement" on October 25, 2015.More Info Received From The ConsumerSince the Revdex.com's telephone conversation on May 9th with Mr. [redacted], owner of Another's Treasure Auction House, when the Revdex.com provided him with my new address, I still have not received a check from him. This was not unexpected since he has steadfastly refused to send it after I signed the "Close of Sale Agreement" on October 25, 2015.I have not received a check from Mr. [redacted] as of the date of this email, May 28, 2016. Given his unethical refusal to send what he owes me since October of 2015, it is highly improbable he will ever do that.
