Anovia Payments is CROOKED Ongoing Onslaught of Hidden fees, deceptive enrollment into worthless programs/services with ongoing monthly fees ("Anovia Insights"), Year Loin Contract with $Early Termination fees, $100/year "PCI-Compliance fee, $22/month "Service" Fees, and rates that are average at best After months of paying $22/month for Non-PCI and another $30/month for Anovia Insights which I never signed up for, they have easily stolen $676+ in hidden fees We're locked in until Septemer, I can't imagine having a worse experience than we have had with Anovia Still trying to decide whether ot pay the $early Termination fee or the ongoing hidden monthly fees through Sept

They are a rip of! They charge even if you call in to cancelA rep signed me up promising to save money from my prior merchant but it was the sameI only stayed to help out the sales repMonths later a Google rep came in offering to switch over to Google clover and I did because they offered to save more and gave me a free clover machine and advertised my business on Google moreWe called in to cancel the Annovia Payments Merchant account but it never completedMy last transaction was back in March and they continue to charge me $60-$monthly for April through December totaling over $in fees for a service I asked to cancelNow they sent me a cancelation form with another $fee before I get charged another $for JanThis isn't rightI get billed for a service not used even though I called to cancelI'm a business woman that fights for what's rightDon't work with a company that doesn't respect customer service and takes your money even though you asked to cancel it

I have recommended Anovia to soo many people and they are also very happy. Better service, lower price.

Ongoing Onslaught of Hidden fees, deceptive enrollment into worthless programs/services with ongoing monthly fees ("Anovia Insights"), 3 Year Lock-ed in Contract with $495 Early Termination fees, $100/year "PCI-Compliance fee, $22/month "Service" Fees, and rates that are average at best. After 13 months of paying $22/month for Non-PCI and another $30/month for Anovia Insights which I never signed up for, they have easily stolen $676+ in hidden fees.
We're locked in until Septemer, 2018. I can't imagine having a worse experience than we have had with Anovia. Still trying to decide whether ot pay the $495 early Termination fee or the ongoing hidden monthly fees through Sept 2018.......
