ANP Transcriptions Reviews (7)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThe problem is that pn October 8th, I authorized Albert [redacted] to deposit the December payment ($83.60) plus the $fee for the bounced check in my PayPal accountThat's a total of $which should be transferred to my PayPal accountI have neither heard back from Albert [redacted] nor seen a deposit on PayPal

I am sorry for the mixup but during that time we had different bookkeepers and one of them totally mixed up all my registersSince that time we have a new bookkeeper that is going through everything and cleaning up everything and making them accurateThat said I would like to send payment asap
I can send it electronically if she would likeI am emailing her as well

Initially, this company seemed to be a good fit for me as a transcriptionist Little did I know, and to my own fault as I did not research them well enough, they do not pay their typists on-time or at all in some cases I waited months to get paid $for work that I did for them They repeatedly lied to me as to sending me checks I have proof for all of the lies Albert S*** (the owner) has tried to avoid paying me for the work that I did Fortunately for me, I was adamant about getting paid for what I did I relentlessly called and e-mailed almost every single day He continued to lie It wasn't until I started e-mailing his clients and putting it out on Facebook what he had done to me, that he decided to finally pay me and be done with me I highly suggest turning your cheek if you are looking at them for work It is not worth your time and you will be sorry you ever did any work with them if you do

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The problem is that pn October 8th, I authorized Albert [redacted] to deposit the December 2014 payment ($83.60) plus the $15 fee for the bounced check in my PayPal account. That's a total of $98.60 which should be transferred to my PayPal account. I have neither heard back from Albert [redacted] nor seen a deposit on PayPal.

Initially, this company seemed to be a good fit for me as a transcriptionist. Little did I know, and to my own fault as I did not research them well enough, they do not pay their typists on-time or at all in some cases. I waited 3 months to get paid $673.10 for work that I did for them. They repeatedly lied to me as to sending me checks. I have proof for all of the lies. Albert S[redacted] (the owner) has tried to avoid paying me for the work that I did. Fortunately for me, I was adamant about getting paid for what I did. I relentlessly called and e-mailed almost every single day. He continued to lie. It wasn't until I started e-mailing his clients and putting it out on Facebook what he had done to me, that he decided to finally pay me and be done with me. I highly suggest turning your cheek if you are looking at them for work. It is not worth your time and you will be sorry you ever did any work with them if you do.

Review: ANP Transcriptions has a contractual obligation to pay me for services rendered during December, 2014, as I was an independent contractor for them. They mailed a check (#[redacted]) for the correct amount due ($83.60), but it was returned for insufficient funds and my bank charged me an NSF fee of $15. Accordingly, ANP owes me $98.60 for the bounced check plus bank fee. Their Accounting Department and President (Albert [redacted]) ignored my emails and never made good on the money due to me.Desired Settlement: I want a check for $98.60 from ANP Transcriptions -- preferably a bank check to ensure it does not bounce. Because ANP has delayed payment on all checks they owed to me, I expect the replacement check to be cut immediately, and sent via overnight delivery.

Review: ANP Transcription has not paid for work rendered. I ended my contract with them after they failed to make payments even after a generous amount of time had been given. They still owe payment from August 2014 to March 2015, as well as a portion of July 2014. Their excuses ranged from there was a problem with my payment system (Paypal), to they had not been paid by their clients. Both of those statements are obviously untrue sine Paypal was not down and they managed to pay other contractors on time, as well as stay in business. It is also not the problem of the contractors if there are any financial issues within their business. Work was done, it should have been paid for. This smacks of slavery! I sent multiple emails following up to which I only got one response and that was to reassure me that they would pay in full beginning the 15th of last month only if I sign a new contract stating I would not contact any of their employees, subcontractors or clients or post any complaints about them online in any forum. In the first place, they should pay in full. Secondly, there is no need to sign a new contract sine I have no plans to work for them again and they already broke their word on the previous contract. How can they be trusted not to do it again? Since that email, I have had no word and no payment til today.Desired Settlement: Immediate payment in full of all money owed.
