Buddy's Home Furnishing in Bradenton is a MESS, Ive paid them over 1,800 for a phone I did not have anymore just so I'd have a clean record with them. The phone I purchased with them was stolen from me. I didnt mind I still paid them off. However they have taken out money without my permission AFTER I've already paid them EVERYTHING I owed and refuse to give it back. The Store Manager Treal refused to give me a receipt of the refund he "did" my bank account doesnt show any action of that sort. I asked why the money was taken out and he mentioned it was the AUTOPAY system that I never signed up for however the whole year that I was with them the autopay never took out any money while my card was on file. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE.
I have rented from this business for at least 20 yrs..I had no complaints until now. I was renting a refridgertor from you for the last year it was a 18 month contract had 6 payments left. Well the fridge broke so I called and let them know it was well they came brought m. Loner by didn't take mine due to the fact I had to wait for the loaner to cool off. They were suppose to come get mine the next day so they could fix it well they never did so I called day after day for a week they kept giving me times that they were suppose to come get it and they never did. The last time they told me was Tuesday 7-21-2015. Talked to Melissa and she said that Steven W. said they would come before 6pm to get it. Well they didn't come get it so I called the Okeechobee store and asked them why Steven claimed he never said that. Well I told I was tired of getting the run around from everyone there about them picking up this fridge well he hung up on me twice. So I told him to come get both fridge

I called the store on 08/01/15 to discuss the final payment for my washer/dryer set. The rep said I could make the final payment on Friday, 08/07/15 "no problem". I was told the final payment must be made in person. On Monday 08/03/15 they called three times while I was at work, looking for payment. I called again and again it was agreed to be done on Friday 08/07/15. On that date I was enroute to the store and was literally across the street where I stopped at another store when I received text notification that my bank account was overdrawn. Buddy's ran 1/2 the amount due with the debit card number on file. This was completely unauthorized, and the second time they did this. I immediately went to the store and my fiance spoke with the two employees working, who claimed to have no knowledge of who ran the charge less than 10 minutes before we arrived at the store. We paid the remaining balance in cash and demanded our card information be deleted permanently from their system. I see from other complaints with the Revdex.com that this is not an isolated incident with this company, so I am submitting this review so that potential customers can be forewarned. We will never do business with Buddy's again.

Buddy's home furnishings on 82nd and pacific ave in tacoma should definitely be avoided they tried to get us to commit fraud and took UNAUTHORIZED funds from our bank account they told us it would be reversed back to our bank and it HAS NOT been refunded so now our bank is doing a fraud investigation on the charge! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
