but close he was fine with that not sure what happened in that time period but all of a sudden he was not pleased a d wanted something else I had explained to him that I was busy and unable to get back to him for some time and would try and refund his money but have not done that since I felt he was satisfied with the work and had made payment If he did not like what was done then he should have said so when the work was finished in my opinion

I am rejecting this response because: I was told that after the texture dried and was wiped down again it would match which is why I addresses the problem the following day as I was simply going by what I was toldIt was agreed that the product would be sprayed on but instead he took short cuts Instead of doing the job correctlyThe owner also replied to me via text meassage that a refund check had already been sent out which accordingly to his reply here is complete lieI request full reimbursement for $and will ignore the fact this business owner has now lied not only about his skill set to perform the job as promise but also about the inital settlement payment for the dispute

upon arriving at this residence they had a small child sleeping and I would have awakend the child by using the the spray method so I choose a different way to apply texture without waking this child I had told the customer that this would not be a 100 percent match but would be close and they agreed to have me do the work this way. after finishing the work I had asked thi custome if it was they way he wanted this and he did agree that everything looked good. after several days he said that it was not a 100 percent match. Since I was busy and not able to return to redo this I had suggested a refund but later thought that he had already paid for th work, had said the work looked good etc so I did not refund the contracted amount was only for $120.00 he gave me $140.00 for the good job ( or so he said) his prep work was not very good either not sure why he would pay an additional $850.00 for a $120.00 job (he could have sanded it down and re done it himself) but I am guessing that some body had to come and do a lot of drywall work before doing any texturing work I can make some ting that was not already good look any better for not much money especially if the owner has done all the work themselves for little or no money I do not think I should need to be charged a complaint nor should I need to refund money for a project excepted
