In response to [redacted] complaint on replacing stove in apartment. ANS has been looking for a stove to rectify there issues with tenant not being able to open a drawer in kitchen. The only stove that was found was an apartments size small stove which tenant refused. We continued to look for a...

stove that would fit to no avail, stoves are pretty standard in size. Upon further review of situation we discovered that the only thing that needed done was stove legs on original new stove, needed adjusted to clear drawer, this was done and there is no issue with drawer opening now. Furthermore while maintenance was there tenant complained refrigerator was not working properly and we replaced that with new one and removed the old one the same day.
