Ansco installed Fiber Optic in our neighborhood. During installation they broke our Sprinkler System in 3 zones. We were told before they started that if they damaged our system, that they would reimburse us for any damages. Our Sprinkler company fixed our system and we paid them $250.00 back in April of 2016. I have sent the receipts twice and I have called 5 times. All I get is the check will be coming, just wait a few weeks or months. It has been almost 5 months and I have not received reimbursement. I am looking to be reimbursed for $250.00, plus interest. I have called [redacted] many times and have emailed him as well. I have also emailed [redacted] and [redacted] at AT&T. Two and a half weeks ago this company was digging on our yard to correct a wire issue and did not clean up our yard once the work was completed. On July 20th I came home to find Ansco and Associates digging in our yard. They were there to correct a wire issue with one of the cable wires in our yard. I spoke with the person in charge of the project at about 10:30 am and they assured me that our yard would be put back together and that they would lay down grass seed and straw in the area where the digging was done. Later that afternoon I went outside to look at the area and found that the yard was a mess from where the excavator had come on the yard and gone off the yard and where they had driven it along with the area where they dug up our yard. There was no grass seed or straw on the yard. On Monday July 25th I spoke with someone in the Raleigh office and requested that someone come out and fix our yard. I was assured a call back and that the person in charge of the digging would be back to fix the yard. On Wednesday July 27th, I called [redacted] who was in charge of the digging and he told me that he was sorry and would be out to fix the yard by Friday or Monday of this week at the latest. No one has been out to fix our yard at this time. Desired SettlementWe would like someone to come out and put out grass seed on the area where they dug and straw. Additionally we would like them to patch the areas where the excavator tore up the yard.
