I purchased an upright vacuum cleaner for one of my associates in another state through *** *** ***) in JUNE of In October of the same year, my GOVERNMENT CREDIT CARD was charged and, as of today, DECEMBER my associate still has not received the vacuum I tried calling multiple times and never could get an answer so I *** the business and found a different phone number and finally did get someone to answer but she couldn't help me very much as she works in a different area not sales so she took the purchase order number and promised to find something out or have someone from sales contact me Hopefully she wasn't just blowing smoke in order to get me off the phone This company is not very professional in my opinion
