This a letter of satisfaction and reference for work done at my residence this year I had 'T N J' in two times, the first time redoing my flooring in the living room hallway and bedroom, and the second time doing renovations to a partial deck (railings, steps and staining etc.) I also had the roof over the back door extended and a new outside door installed This company was quite willing to listen to what I wanted done (work wise) and gave good and reasonable solutions and suggestions The employees were friendly, tidy, knowledgeable They cleaned up everyday after themselves, put their equipment away at the end of their shift, and disposed of the garbage left behind (usually taking it with them) They willingly listened if I asked about something that came up or I didn't understand They either resolved the request, or explained why it wasn't feasible to do so Everyone made sure I was happy with the results, and if I wasn't - went back and worked on it until I was satisfied (no complaining)!

In June 2016 I entered into a contract with TNJ Home Renovations to remove my concrete steps at the front of my house and install a wooden deck/landing, also to construct a storage shed on the side of my house and to install railings on the deck at the rear of my house that had been left uncompleted by the previous owner. I was very satisfied with the quality of their work, everything was done as requested and updates were provided frequently about the schedule and about changes requested. It was a pleasure working with Dwayne and with Travis throughout this project. As a result of my satisfaction I contracted a second project, the construction of a single detached garage at the rear of my house. This project was also done with the same quality of service, design options were explained well and I was very pleased with the outcome. Based on my experience I would use their services again.

They were contracted to demolish 2 bathrooms on the main floor that were next to each other and make just one, put a linen closet into the master bedroom and put new flooring in the laundry room. The owner is very easy to talk to, tries to get exactly what you want, uses professional contractors (ie furnace, plumbers) when required and returns calls quickly. If there was an issue he would come to the house to see it for himself. They did exactly what we asked them to do. They made two runs to the dump to dispose of all of the unwanted items/garbage and even offered to take additional items not related to the job. Because there were quite a few vinyl tiles left over of the same colour as the laundry room the owner said he would do the small bathroom floor in the lower level since it was right next to the laundry room at no extra charge. There was just one worker who did all of the work. He was extremely pleasant and professional and always wants to do a good job. He cleaned up every night before he left. He treated us and our home with respect. There were a couple of issues after the project was completed and the owner took care of them in a timely matter. The only complaint would be that it took much longer to complete the project than originally promised.
