Dear Revdex.com, We received your correspondence of September 28, regarding Superior Quality Logistics Superior Quality Logistics is not a customer of Ansonia Credit DataAnsonia maintains a business credit report on their company Ansonia Credit Data collects business payment history from thousands of companies and we report trade experience exactly as received from our data contribution sources Ansonia does not approve or deny credit Our data verification dispute process is as follows: All disputes must be submitted in writing by a company officer to our data verification department If a company has been denied credit within the past days we will provide a copy of their credit report at no charge If a company has not been denied credit a copy of their report can be purchased We allow contributors business days to substantiate the trade experience being reportedWe also require disputing companies to provide supporting documentation to substantiate their dispute(s) so we can properly verify the accuracy of the information being provided Due to contractual obligations, Ansonia Credit Data cannot release the name of any company without their written approval On 2/29/Superior Quality was denied creditA copy of their credit report along with our data verification dispute process was provided No action was taken by Superior QualityWe closed the case On 8/12/Superior Quality was denied creditA copy of their credit report along with our data verification dispute process was provided On 8/15/Ansonia released the names of two contributors for Superior Quality to contact regarding the data being reportedThe case was closed On 9/13/Superior Quality contacted Ansonia stating they again were denied credit [redacted] asked for the reporting companies so he could verify the information On 9/16/ [redacted] contacted data verification wanting an updateAnsonia allows our contributors business days to respond Superior Quality contacted the data contributors and stated payment was not made because he had not received the proper paperwork to process payment On 9/27/ [redacted] with Superior Quality called in and spoke with customer service who explained our data verification process We allow contributors business days to substantiate the trade experience On 9/28/2016, we received responses from the data contributors whom Superior Quality was questioning As a result, the data being reported has been corrected in accordance with our data contributors’ instructions

We verified at his request, some adjustments were made, but other confirmed data was accurate as stated on our reports.
Ansonia reports trade experience exactly as received from our data contribution sourcesIn some instances, payment beyond terms can be the result of disputes over accessorial charges, damage claims, invoice issues, mail delays etc

Their validation process is inaccurate and does not protect the company they are reporting these errors against and hurts the company they are reporting
These claims need to be valid, I should not have to dig up all the proof against these companies and prove them wrongtheir claims need to be proven and not dis-proven
Ansonia, told me they looked into these claims and they were valid and then the company themselves after I had to prove them wrong, was the only time Ansonia reopened the claim
Unless it is proven that I do not pay my bills on time, because this hurts my company a great deal
Ansonia needs to be more accurate with their procedures of reporting negatively on companies
I proved every derogatory markings on my report was inaccurate and I want my report to reflect this change immediately and a new report sent to me asap
Not in days I lose business daily because of their incorrect / unverified reporting.Sincerely,*** ***

Can the Revdex.com provide the supporting documentation to validate this complaint against Ansonia Credit Data? This case was closed on April 12, by our data verification departmentGTI Logistics received an updated copy of their credit report and the dispute closed

This case is not closed Please help me to resolve this company said they do not have to prove or provide the companies that are reporting to them. Therefore they can put whatever they want as a credit score for your company. Please assist me in getting proper scoring for my company.
