Review: repair front brakes 8/8/2014. problem on 8/20/14 detected as two lug nuts front passenger tire were never tightened and fell completely off the tire,and serious safety issue could have caused serious injury to me,others or much worse.. problem detected 8/20/14 by [redacted]. extra costs now involved to fix problem wheel bearings took stress and both wheel bearings have to replaced, but I can only afford to have one fixed right now.thank you so much I am glad that nothing serious happened here but I did drive the car quite a lot, I am also missing work time and extra expenses to fix the car.[redacted] ###-###-####Desired Settlement: $300.00 cost for service performed at [redacted] and addtl. expenses 475.00 to repair one bearing.

Review: Had an oil change done on my 2005 [redacted] F150 at the end of last year.Went to have the oil changed this past Saturday, 2/15, and I was told that it would be a while because the previous service center used an air tool to put the oil plug back in sideways causing it to cross thread.They were able to get the plug out and placed a Molly Plug in the pan as a temporary fix.On Monday 2/17, I went to Ansonia tire and informed them of the issue. I was told that this could have occurred because the truck has 60,000 miles on it.This is ridiculous! This occurred because of mechanic incompetence. I asked to have the pan rethreaded or a replacement pan put in. In addition to contacting the Revdex.com, I will be contacting the Department of Motor Vehicles and Department of Consumer Protection.Desired Settlement: Want the pan rethreaded or replaced by a reputable repair shop, not Ansonia Tire. I gave them the opportunity to make this right and they did not take advantage of it.
