Answer Anytime

Review: I hired this company as an answering service for my law office. I have tried to end my contract with them on four different occasions over the last two and a half months. We are currently in a month to month contract. I have abided by the terms of the contract regarding cancellation. This process requires a 30 notice of termination which must be sent via certified mail signature required upon receipt. However the only address that you can send the notice to is a PO box so there is no possibility of receiving a signature. My $12 certified notice to terminate was returned undeliverable.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the December charges waived as my 30 notice should have terminated the contract on December [redacted]. I will pay for November.
