I clicked on a link that went to Answer Financial when researching homeowners insurance *** was great, he got me quote for both homeowners (and when I asked) and auto The homeowners was really reasonable The car insurance was a little high, but it was through *** I believe they deal with many businesses and search out good rates

Answer financial was initially very helpful in finding us a policy for our 16 year old daughter. After a substantial amount of time on the phone getting all our information, they came up with a few ideas that saved us a significant amount of money.....HOWEVER, My six month policy that I was quoted at $672.00 became $2,210 when I received my first statement. Imagine my surprise !!! Turns out that our daughter had her permit when we called, but got her license a few days later, which changed the policy dramatically. My complaint is that in our discussions, Answer Financial was fully aware that my daughter was getting her drivers license in a few days, and that we had just purchased her a car because of that. I feel like we were misrepresented by this company. Bottom line is you can call up any insurance carrier and achieve the same if not better results on your own, instead of being funneled into the carrier that pays them the most commission.

I CLEARLY told the rep that I had two points on my license and asked what type of auto insurance coverage could I get. He sells me the "good driver rate" without my knowledge, about three weeks later I get a letter in the mail from my carrier saying they're TRIPLING my premium..because of my driving record...I immediately cancelled the coverage of course but boy do I feel ripped off..
