Please see attached agreement which was e-mail to the member it has all the information he is looking for I can attach all pages of agreement if needed which explain cancelation process and more he signed up online not in the club by doing this he has to agree to the terms and conditions this is a month membership as the agreement clearly states that there is payments and $ you will also see that there is an annual fee the member is in agreement but cancel if he has moved more than miles from the club, has a doctors note stating he can no longer use the facility for more than days this can be mailed in by certified mail Answer is Fitness has done no wrong in this situation This was all done by him online under his own doing I have more paperwork if needed that goes along with his contract this was all e-mailed to the member as well when he joined

we have nothing on file as far as a cancelation for membership.? Not sure who he e-mailed about canceling but we have nothing on file.? we require a day written notice either done in person or by certified mail for his protection.? I told the member if he has a copy of the cancel and we made a mistake I would gladly fix it.? we have nothing on our end as far as a membership cancelation.? If the member can provide me with the cancel documents I will gladly fix this account

*** we do not do cancels through e-mail but I can tell you if I read it I would have told you exactly how to cancel the account as this is all stated in your agreement. the reason we do not use e-mail is we can not guarantee it is read or processed. when you do it in person you have a signed copy from us or through the mail you have a return receipt for cancelation. please send me what e-mail you had sent to me. id like to see it please. thank you
