I signed up and loaded my account with money. When calls came though and they weren't collecting the information I needed, I was told they only collect name and telephone. Why I asked for a refund, they are unable to. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SERVICE.

Review: Constantly receiving calls from phone number ###-###-#### daily. I answer but no response and hangs up. I called number back and voicemail says to be added to their "DO NOT CALL LIST" leave complete phone number. I requested to be added to their do not call list and stated my complete phone number with area code. Not sure if robotcall but I hope to avoid receiving calls from this company.Desired Settlement: Discontinue daily calls since I requested to be added to their DO NOT CALL LIST and providing my complete phone number.

Review: answernet is a third party they answer calls for [redacted] I can not get through to [redacted] this company answernet refuses to give the contact info for [redacted] and I have a issue that has been going on for a month now and they are doing nothing to help gloria in the corprate office says ill call you back in 15 mins days later no call back she told me [redacted] in ga office could help me but she gave me a supposedly direct number to [redacted] it was a disconnected number one call center where I started had a guy named [redacted] he was rude and said we dont do refunds and so I talked to his superviser I think it was [redacted] this man was rude and said call Revdex.com are your atty and than I got angle in ga she finally got the tv replaced and than I guess they were mad at me and sent a broke screen and now [redacted] and answernet are telling me I have to file a claim with [redacted] the package isnt damaged and the inside is packed with airbags so the tv was shipped broke and I am not going to file a fradulant claim against ups like they are asking me too but I will call ups and tell them what they are trying to get me to do. they even told me they wanted me to talk to their vise presadent and than said but he is traveling we will transfer you to so and so but they are out leave them a message they have lied and given me a run around before I take legal action I will try the Revdex.com thanks at least it will be something other consumers can find out about this company on your reports thanks so muchDesired Settlement: I have tried to be nice but now I have to buy my 6 yr old grand son a tv from a reputal company so I need the money to pay for it
