Hello I am *** *** the property supervisor for Antelope Creek MHPWe have had two issues of sewage coming up, however every-time this has happened we have had someone out that day to deal with itWe have no
open electric wiring and if we do that I am not aware of have the person complaining say where and we will take care of the issue immediatelyThe fence issue is not something we are required to haveGarbage everywhere is a completely fabricated statementDrug addicts everywhere is another fabricated statementMr*** *s a previous employee of the park that is upset with the current manager *** *** for not running the park as Mr*** sees fit

My husband and I own Antelope Creek Mobil Home Park in Los Molinos CAMs [redacted] apparently feels she has been wrongly evicted from her Mobil home. Please review the facts of this case as listed below:After many months of not paying rent we obtained a judgement against Ms [redacted]. We are happy to provide you with a copy of that judgementWe also have a restraining order against Ms [redacted]. She is not allowed on the property and is to have no contact with my park managerWe have a lien on her trailer and are in the process of transferring ownership to us. Upon eviction Ms [redacted] trashed the inside of the trailer including severe damage, theft of appliances and spray painted threats against the managerWe have made 25 calls to the Tehama Co Sheriffs Dept since Dec 1 2013 due to problems with this tenantShe contacted the housing authority who sent out a representative to view the trailer. He was shocked at the damageI now have four other tenants who are facing eviction due to non payment of rent. However I have 50 other tenants with no problems at all. These four are all friends of Ms [redacted]This has been extremely expensive for me and my husband. We have spent over $10,000 in attorney fees aloneI invite you to send a representative to inspect the condition of the trailer she left. The fence issue is not something we are required to have. Garbage everywhere is a completely fabricated statement. Drug addicts everywhere is another fabricated statement.

Review: The owner of this park has taken thousands of dollars from the tenants and a number of peoples homes because the tenents did not know how to fight back. They forge their record books and have been doing this since I have lived here for 4 years. The owner and their agents are embezzeling the tenants money and putting it in their pockets. The owners agents are not licensed and have lengthy criminal histories.Desired Settlement: I would like the parks financial records investigated by a professional and according to their findings, would like to be reimbursed for the money I've over paid.
