I would like to file a complaint about this lodge, when we arrived at this place, it had no hot water, the sewage was not working, our room smell so disgustingWe had roaches in our roomThey knew this was happening way before we arrived and they did not advise us about problem after driving milesThey moved us to a so called suite, we still had same problem with room the faucet kept on leaking and the shower was not draining the water properlyProperty Manger called me the night we arrived that she would move us to a suite and if we were not satisfied with room we could get a refundWhen I did call the next day she refused to refund me my money and was so rude on the phone with me and said I made her lose business and said she was not going to give me my money back and that they needed hours notice for a refund, nowhere on their website does it say anything about a cancellation policy nor did I see anything in their lobbyShe said she would have to discuss with owner of property if she could give me my money back but said she couldn't call him because he was so ill in bedI think they ripped us off and don't know how they can operate a so call motel when all the rooms they tried to put us in were so filthy and not ready for guestsWe were the only guest who stayed on the property during our visit of July 3rdA front desk clerk of Kimberly helped me and when I arrived I believe the other lady's name was Lorena, or LorettaThis place is so disgusting and they have very bad serviceI wouldn't recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever go back to the filthinessVery unhappy!
