This complaint was resolved prior to ever receiving notification by the Revdex.comWe take all customer service concerns as top priorityThis customer was texting a non text receiving number for original contact and therefor communication was lack during the initial attempt to contact usShe had finally
contacted us directly and we immediately acted to ensure her satisfactionAfter discussion it was determined she was still experiencing a pest problem and we, at her request, retreated at no additional chargeUpon conclusion we followed up to ensure satisfactionOn 8/Mrs texted me thanking us for our service and stating all has been good at the homeUpon receiving this complaint, filed before our resolution of the customers problem, but after receipt or knowledge of the complaint, we again contacted the customer and are scheduled next Tuesday for an additional follow up at no additional cost to the customer

This email is in response to Revdex.com Compliant ID: [redacted]. The claims that [redacted] filed is false, we have procedures here at Antelope Springs Town-Homes. [redacted] has not followed them; I spoke to her a few times about things that might be wrong with her Unit. I advised not only [redacted]...

but everybody here they need to put request in writing. To date there has never been anything in writing about things that might need to fix in her unit. I have been to her unit a few times to have things fixed. She claims there are issues in her master bedroom, but have failed to mention in her complaint that she installed a lock on her bedroom door. The rules state that if you change locks you must give a copy to management. She has not giving keys to management and we were unable to do any work because of it. This has happened on more then one occasion. The complex has recently been bought by new owners. As of October 1st 2015, we did posted every tenant with a letter on the explaining how to go about writing work orders up. Not only for that but for other issues too, this letter was posted on November 2nd 2015. Enclosed is a copy of the letter along with two forms that were attached with it. As you will see the issues she filed were covered in the letter. As a response to her complaint with the Revdex.com I have written her response letter. Which I have posted on her door and also have sent it certified. I have also enclosed that with this email. Thank you, for your time if you have any questions feel free to call me.

Review: As of August 29,2015 I have reported numerous times to the property management about lighting and electrical problems in the kitchen and master bedroom as of 11/03/2015 it has not been fixed or addressed. The property manager [redacted] continues to bang on my door after business hours and accuses me of smoking marijuana. I have no complaints or disturbances reported by neighbors or law enforcement.[redacted] has also removed my trash from the community garbage and placed it in front of my door. He also bangs on my door when I have company. A memorandum was distributed stating the owners do not and will not accept personal contact from tenants and stated "if the tenants are not happy here can turn in their 30 day notice".Desired Settlement: I would like to have all my lighting and electrical repairs completed.
