authorized contractor for *** for over yearsOnly installers that have been properly trained, then certified by *** can install and maintain *** systems and equipmentThe "young boy" installer the complainant refers to was hired by us in July During his employ he received on-the-job training, on line and classroom training by ***, and was certified by *** as an installer February 2014, and has been installing and servicing systems since then, so he is fully qualifiedA certified installer is required to follow certain procedures and guidelines for the installation process including following guidelines outlined in the National Electric Code. Included in the procedures is paperwork for the customer to sign affirming they are the property owner, or, if not the owner, that they are authorized by the property owner to preauthorize the installation of the system and allows for the installation of the equipment and for the installation of necessary wiring from the outside equipment to the modem indoorsThere is also paperwork the customer must sign indicating that the customer approved the installation and that they had access to the internet for the *** systemThese paperwork were signed by the customer on 7/30/Installation of networking equipment, such as routers, is not included in the installation, Page
